Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Along the indicated main diagonal (marked in blue) digits cannot repeat. Inequality signs between two cells point to the lower of the digits in those cells.
