Coinbase is one of the most popular cryptocurrency exchanges. If you're a bitcoin or other crypto user, it's important that your account is secure, so to keep it secure, you add coinbase to Google Authenticator.
This video is all about how to set up coinbase with Google Authenticator so that any time you log in from a new device, it'll automatically generate codes for you!
Here's how you do it:
1. Go to a web browser and type coinbase.com and log into your coinbase account
2. Click on your Profile at the top right and click on Settings
3. Click on Security at the top, find Authenticator, and click on the Select button
4. Type your 2 step verification code which you'll receive in your mobile number and click Confirm
5. Scan QR code with the authenticator (You'll need to install an authenticator app on your mobile device if you don't have yet)
6. Enter 2 step verification code that is available on your authenticator app, Click on Enable
Now, you'll be able to enable the google authenticator on your coinbase account, it will automatically disable the SMS code delivery.
