1) Update the Instagram app to the latest version
2) Open Instagram and log in to your account
3) Go to your profile page
4) Delete the reel you want to restore to your profile grid
5) Now tap on the three lines on the top right
6) Go to Your Activity
7) Go to Recently Deleted
8) Restore that particular reel you deleted earlier
9) This time when you restore it, it will be added back into the profile grid.
