Steps to Allow Apps to Show Bubbles:

Enable the Bubble Feature:

Open the Settings app on your Motorola Edge 50 Neo.

Tap Apps & Notifications or simply Apps.

Select Notifications.

Tap Bubbles.

Toggle Allow apps to show bubbles to On.

Customize Bubble Settings for Apps:

Choose which apps can use the bubble feature by enabling it for specific messaging apps.
