To allow voices to be shared on a PlayStation 4 (PS4), you'll need to adjust your privacy settings. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Turn on your PS4 and sign in to your account.

Go to the main menu and select "Settings."

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select "Account Management."

Within Account Management, choose "Privacy Settings."

You will see a list of privacy options. Select "Sharing and Broadcasts."

In the Sharing and Broadcasts settings, choose "Voice Chat."

You will have several options for voice chat privacy settings. To allow voices to be shared, select "Allow."

After selecting "Allow," you can also customize who can hear your voice by choosing one of the following options:

"Friends Only" allows only your PSN friends to hear your voice.
"Friends of Friends" permits your friends and their friends to hear your voice.
"Everyone" allows anyone in your games or parties to hear your voice.
