Welcome Gamers! In this video I discuss 7 practical tips for gamers to help balance their lives and get all the benefits of gaming and how to avoid the negatives. Gaming is a truly wonderful thing and the benefits it has on our ability to think and problem solve is beyond most things on the planet.

These tips are based upon the "Practical Tips For Gamers" appendix in the book called "Reality Is Broken: Why Games Make Us Better and How They Can Change the World" by Jane McGonigal. 5 of the tips I discuss are from this book, so in this video I breakdown these tips and my thoughts on them. Finally I have added 2 of my own tips to this video which I think contain advice that is essential for all gamers out there .
