35This was played on PC with the HD Project Mod. It doesn't affect the gameplay at all, only the graphics. I played with an Xbox One controller, but whether it's on console or PC, this method works for all versions of RE4 (2005).
As I said in the short, this was played on professional difficulty to show that it works for both difficulties and I didn't die once prior to this fight, so the difficulty has not lessened. It's possible it will take less shots if you've died a couple of times because RE4 (2005) has adaptive difficulty.
