Hi my name is Paul and I have Special Needs Autism and Sensory Needs.

This Is How I cheated the Laptop by using some steps to follow and by passed the password yay got Windows 7 Back. Job Done

How I By Passed The Admin Password Screen By Following These Steps:
1) Turn on Laptop & Get To Admin Password Screen.
2) Force Shut Down By Holding Down Laptop Power Button For A Few Second's.
3) When You See The Windows 7 Icon Force Shut Down & Go To (Windows Error Recovery Screen)
4) Launch (StartUp Repair)
5) Start Repair Box comes up on Screen, Push Cancel - If (System Restore) comes up.
6) Click On Down Triangle Button - (Problem Details)
7) Click On (Second Link) From Windows 7 -- C:\windows\system32\en-usl\erofflps:exe

8) Notepad File Comes Up File Name (eroffips) File, Open, Search Computer Hard Drive For
(Windows 7) Files.

9) Click On Windows File, Search - Files Of Type - Change To (All Files) System32. Then Search File Name (Setch) Right Click & Rename it - like example (Setch1) no spaces - Click on (Enter Button) Then Search File Name (CMD) Copy and Paste File Below The Last File Folder In The C Drive.
Then Rename File Name (CMD) To (Sethc) Click On (Enter Button) Done

10) Close All Screen Down By Clicking On The (X) Button In The Top Right Hand Corner.

11) Then (Don't Send Report) To Microsoft. Click On (Finish Button) Laptop will Shut Down Automatically.

12) Power Up Laptop and Get Back To (Admin Password Screen) Then Click On
(Shift Button 5 Times) To Bring Up (Stick Notes)

13) Sethc.Exe File Box Comes Up, Now copy the following words as this when you see the
C:\windows/system32. (Net User) and then the name on the Admin Password Screen eg: Toby.
(Net User Toby) windows will search for these when you press (Enter Button)

14) Now It Should look like this (C:\windows/system32 Net User Toby).
Now Push Down Onto The Following Keys On The Keyboard At The Same Time:
(Shift Button & 8 Button) just like this (C:\windows/system32 Net User Toby*) Press (Enter Button) To By Passed Password Screen Below:

15) Should Look Like This (C:\windows/system32 Net User Toby*)
Type A Password For The User. Push (Enter Button) Twice To (Confirm) Setting

16 Now Copy This - (C:\windows/system32 exit (Press Enter Button) Job Done. Yay You Have By Passed The Admin Password Screen and Back To The (Windows 7 Home Screen Display) Just saved your day. Thanks to Me
