Steps:- While this obviously won’t change their name for them or others, you can change your friends name to anything you like. To do it, tap on their profile and then select ‘view friendship’.
- On their profile page, tap the 3 dots settings button from the top right of the page.
- Select ‘edit name’.
- You can now change their name to whatever you’d like. Tap save once done.
