Steps:

- From the dashboard of PS4, go up to the control panel and swipe to the right until you get to settings, and open them.

- In settings, scroll down and select ‘devices’.

- In devices, select ‘controllers’.

- The top setting here is called ‘volume control’. You can use the left and right arrows to adjust the max volume for the controller speakers .
