1. Create an account on Telegram
2. Create a group chat with your friends and family members, or create a new one
3. Tap the "+" button in the upper right corner of the screen to start creating polls - this will take you to a list of pre-existing poll templates that are available for use
4. Choose from "yes/no", "multiple choice", "true/false", or any other type of template you want
