In this tutorial we will show you how to Cut out the background in GIMP 2.10 and delete / remove the background surrounding an object (We used GIMP version 2.10.2 for this tutorial). We will teach you how to create an Alpha channel transparency in order to make a transparent background in the cut area where you will remove the portion of the image to make it transparent (This is a simple graphics design process).
