All Enchantments used for crafting can be found at Radiant Raiment in Solitude for armor enchantments or Glover Mallory on Solstheim for weapon enchantments.

Chef's Hat - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Alteration
Boots - Stamina + Stamina Regen
Chef's Tunic - Health + Health Regen
Silver Necklace - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Alteration
Silver Ring - Fortify Destruction + Fortify Alteration
Fork - Chaos Damage + Shock Damage
Knife - Chaos Damage + Fire Damage
