I tried my HAND at an old age stage makeup look... on my hand. I'm sorry. Anyway, all you really need is a highlight color, a shadow color, and some brown. This look doesn't use any liquid latex or other special effects to add 3D artificial wrinkles. If you want a truly ancient hand, I'd suggest trying something like that. If you're just looking to make the hands blend in with the character's age rather than stand out as "young hands," this adds the perfect touch.
