So once you have done the basic necessary steps required to access pack a punch you now want to head over to Bombstoppers where the Motel is & pick up the crowbar. After acquiring the crowbar you now want to get Elvira to get up off the couch & follow you to a portal(if you already did this thats fine just make sure you have NOT pack a punched yet, or at least have a backup non packed weapon because the game will glitch out.)
Once you have a portal to pack a punch open & you have the crowbar you now want to enter the PAP room & head over to the switch on the wall opposite of the Pack A Punch Machine. Interact with it, like you do in Shaolin Shuffle, & immediately leave PAP. The reason why is you're placed on a time limit after activating the switch.
Once you leave the PAP room you will be teleported inside a trailer that wasnt previously accessible, once here you want to slightly turn to your left & look up. You will see a cabinet partially open, this cabinet will be where the alien fuses are located, break it with the crowbar & hold Square(PS4) to pick it up. Remember to be fast because you are timed inside the trailer as well.
Now that you have the fuses you can get rid of the Crowbar because you now have to refill the vial back up using the Cleaver to get melee kills. Once the vial is refilled head over to power & place the fuses down in between the 2 power "pillars". Once the fuses are placed down they will be soaked in a greenish acidic fluid, which is the zombie souls that you have collected using the cleaver.
Once the fuses are placed down activate activate the electric trap to power them on & thats all there is to it. Once the trap is over just pick up the fuses & place them down inside the Pack A Punch Machine.
