Follow the video slowly and take your time until you get used to what you're seeing then it'll all make sense.
Always have a copy of the file before you start editing in case of mistakes and for backup.

If you have your own Macro that you like then use that for your site or use the one I made for you.
The video is slow and it was done this way on purpose. I make an edit upload and see results. I wanted to take the steps one at a time. If you're comfortable with this stuff, then do all the edits at once and upload. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
Remember, if you do mass edits and one things is wrong then you end up troubleshooting for hours before you figure it out.
If you're new to this stuff then just take your time. It's your site do whatever you want with it.
