Step 1) Uncheck Multiplayer pack 1, let the update complete and then check it again and let it reinstall
Step 2) Uncheck Campaign (if you don't want to play Campaign)
Step 3) Uncheck all except black ops 6
Step 4) Change the language, let the update complete and then change it back to the one you were using before
Step 5) Restart Steam/Battle.net as an administrator/restart PC
Step 6) Uncheck compatibility from Steam and game exe file- close steam first
Step 7) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimizations
Step 8) Verify/Repair the game files
Step 9) When you launch the game, if you receive a prompt to launch in safe mode try it
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program and Windows Security
Step 11) Put -dx11/-d3d11/-dx12 in launch options
Open Battle.net Launcher. Click on Call of Duty. Click on Options on the top, Click on Game Settings. Put a Check on the "Additional Command Line Arguments" box and type this -d3d11 in the box, Now restart the battle.net and launch the game again
Step 12) Try different region in Battle.net launcher
Step 13) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics driver

Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 19) Update System BIOS
Step 20) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
