Directions:
1. Mix 1 part Fabric Softener to 1 part Water
2. Soak Doll Hair
3. Brush Hair with comb & brush
4. Mix 1 part Vinegar to 1 part Water
5. Soak Doll Hair
6. Spray Dog Detangling Spray
7. Comb & Brush Hair
8. Wrap hair in paper towel
9. Let dry
