Disable Superfetch: Find "Superfetch" in Services, right-click on it and select "Stop". Again, change the startup type to "Disabled".
Update Drivers: Make sure all your drivers are up to date, especially your graphics card drivers.
Check Windows Update: Sometimes, Windows updates can cause high CPU usage. Go to "Windows Update Advanced Options" and adjust the settings1.
