Try to disable Image Sharpening from the NVIDIA Control Panel. -Try running as Administrator. -Try making Epic Games Launcher and World War Z an exception to your Antivirus/Firewall software.
Also try installing hotfix drivers from NVIDIA: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5009/~/geforce-hotfix-driver-version-445.78 (GeForce Experience can't install this update, it should be installed manually)
Check if all drivers are updated. If not - update them, restart PC and try to launch the game.
