Learn how to fly in version 1.3 of Cyberpunk 2077. In Update 1.3, CD Projekt Red added a lot of content (including DLC and other fixes). However, the method to fly is still possible after the ver 1.3 patch. edepot has another similar video for flying in 1.23 if you search in this channel. The way to fly requires a Katana that you make invisible, and swinging it allows you to fly up to any location. You can use the left analog stick to move forward while flying to land after you obtained the correct height. A simpler way to fly is to remap the R2 button to the O button, which then you can fly by rubbing a pen or pencil over the O button. If not, you need to flick on the R2 button with multiple fingers to quickly swing the invisible Katana at a fast enough rate to fly upwards.
