You can change your profile picture on the Nintendo Switch user page by following these steps:

From the HOME Menu:

Select the user’s page you wish to edit.
Choose the user settings.

Edit the icon by selecting the one of your choice.
From System Settings:

Go to the HOME Menu and select System Settings.

Scroll down to Users and choose the user profile you want to edit.
Adjust the nickname, icon, and background as desired
