DLSS4 Looks insanely good in Skyrim VR Mad God Overhaul. This is a super quick tutorial on How to install DLSS4 for Skyrim VR with MO2.
UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ (many thanks to ‪@-detectivealec8937‬ )
Nvidia just released the new Nvidia app which includes DLSS4. Using Nvidia inspector if you have latest driver with Nvidia app can break this or cause issues running other games just overall causing funky stuff since the Nvidia inspector in this video is essentially manually overriding the latest Nvidia release with something now out of date.

Have no fear, I have the fix!

You'll still follow the steps in this video, except you no longer need Nvidia inspector thanks to the Nvidia release. Instead simply swap the nvngx_dlss.dll file located in the downloaded Community Shaders mod mentioned in this video with the updated file released from Nvidia app. Steps are below to get the updated nvngx_dlss file

1.)Install the latest NVapp and drivers.

2.) Go to C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NGX\models\dlss\versions\20316673\files

3.) Copy the .bin file, rename it to nvngx_dlss.dll

4.) Replace the existing nvngx_dlss.dll in the mod zip folder with this

I've tested it, working like a charm!

TLDW From Pierre:
1. Download that https://ufile.io/8dgx0l8r mod and install it, name it something like "Community Shaders - DLSS4" and place it after the Community Shaders main mod or just at the end of the modlist
2. Download Nvidia Profile Inspector here https://ufile.io/ov8rg8me, unpack where you want and run it
3. Makes sure the top left corner says "_GLOBAL_DRIVER_PROFILE (Base Profile)", then scroll to section 5-Common
4. There change "DLSS 3.1.11+ - Forced DLSS3.1 preset letter (base profile only)" to "Preset J"
5. Apply Changes in the top right corner and close the program
6. Launch the game and make sure that you use DLAA in CS menu (on desktop window press END and go to Display, after setting it up Save Settings in top left corner). Doesn't matter what preset because we forced Preset J in step 4 and 5 on the driver level

If you wish to revert to default settings again, scroll down to where you selected preset J and just hit the grey button at the far right edge of the screen, next to the code and hit apply again

The new .dll and preset should work. If it does, you will see an uplift in image quality and that changing preset in CS menu makes no difference.
New preset could also lower performance a little bit, but you can gain it back by lowering resolution since the uplift in image quality is bigger than the performance penalty.
Forcing driver level preset may have effects on other games using DLSS.
