Update FOR GTX USERS add the parameter "-dx12" on the game shortcut "C:\Games\Silent Hill 2 Remake\SHProto.exe" -dx12 or if you use Steam version, just add -dx12 to launch options GTX 10 series cards have the game set to dx1 1 by default for some reason.
