You can follow the steps below to install the GNS3 simulator program in the latest version of #macOS.
Step 1: Visit the official website of GNS3 from the link below and if you do not have a new account, create one and then click Free Download.
Step 2: When you come across the download page for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, download GNS3 for #Mac.
Step 3: After downloading the GNS3.dmg file to your computer, double-click on it to start the installation.
Step 4: After viewing the contents of the DMG file, drag and drop the #GNS3 program to Applications.
Step 5: After the copying process is completed, open Applications and run the GNS3 software.
Step 6: After running GNS3, select "Run appliances on my local computer" in the Setup Wizard window.
Step 7: Finally, configure the Local Server.
Step 8: Open Preferences to add a Cisco Router IOS image to GNS3.
Step 9: After clicking Dynamips / IOS Routers, click the New button. In the IOS Image window, specify the location of the IOS image of the Router you downloaded to your computer.
Step 10: After adding the Router IOS image, click the Idle-PC Finder button in the next window and find a suitable value for your computer's processor.
