Edit: Since this video, or if you're downloading many Mods from Steam, you need to manually copy and paste the mods into the Current Roster set as well. Many mods are just defaulted to the original Roster set. You'll need to copy them from (an example:) Jerseys folder from Opening Day (in the Quickstart) to Current. If you've started a game, copy the Opening Day Jerseys contents - then find the save file (in Saved_Games folder), click on graphics - and dump the images into the appropriate folder. Do this for Logos, Jerseys, etc.
