After 30 days you will start getting a notice saying your trial is up. Dont worry though as this is pointless as you just need to hit "use evaluation version" which is as far as i can see, the full thing.

Sorry about the video quality, but just don't full-screen it and you will be fine. You should be able to get the idea of what to do from the captions. I didn't record the original video with much quality just size. I needed to reduce as much filesize as i could. this still came to around 95MB.
