(Replaced previous thread with this due to some confusion on how to find the ClockWork Recovery file)
ROM:

Installation: THIS MAY TRIP KNOX,
1. Make a full system backup with Titanium Backup or similar program (allows external backup)
1.2. ** Install ClockworkMod(or PhilZ) recovery (note this step is not required)
1.3. ** Enter recovery and do a factory reset + wipe divak cache for safe measure (This step is not required)
2. Install Odin (Link above)
3. Download your specific carrier's Samsung Firmware (rom) from either Sammobile or SamsungUpdates
(If the file is a zip file try opening it to check if there is either a .tar or .md5 file in there if so then extract that only)
4. Reboot device into Download mode (hold power + home + volume down, take finger off power when the Samsung logo appears)
5. Plug your phone into the computer
6. Run Odin, click AP (on version 3.09)
7. Locate your downloaded Stock ROM and WAIT, Odin will say not responding but just wait a few minutes (this is normal)
8.Click Start in Odin, Now wait for the installation to complete
9. The device will take about 5-10 minutes, sometimes slightly longer. Wait a max of 30 minutes
7. Once rebooted you will be greeted with the device setup
8. Enjoy your S4 :)
