Commands:
List Active Tasks:
Tasklist
End Task by Process name:
Taskkill /F /T /IM processname.exe
End Task by PID #:
Taskkill /F /T /PID PID#
/F is to “Forcefully” terminate the process and /T terminates all “child’ processes under the process, which could be why talk manager wont stop the process to begin with
