Today on Harry and Ethan we are making whipped shortbread for our Grandads birthday present.
Below are all the ingredients you need and method to make these lovely little treats.

Ingredients...
225g Softened Butter
75g Icing Sugar
175g Plain Flour

Method...
1. Preheat oven to 180c/350f 10 minutes before baking. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper
2.Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy
3. Gradually add flour and continue beating for 2-3 minutes until smooth and light.
4. Put mix into a pipping bag with a large star nossle and pipe onto baking tray in small rounds leaving space between for biscuits to expand..
5. Put into a preheated oven 180c for 6-8 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
6.Remove and cool on a wire rack.
