Winlator is an Android application that lets you to run Windows (x86_64) applications with Wine and Box86/Box64.

The Requirements:
An Android device
A computer to connect that android device through usb
A copy of the Mugen you want to play on your personal pc

Device used:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (Android 13; One UI 5.1.1; Snapdragon 8 processor)
