I had no clue, we’re from the same city! I’m very grateful to be able to have the first month paid for. Also, I’m thankful for the opportunity to give my passion at shot at LIFE! 😅
My Why: (Choosing Acting As A Profession)
“I’ve spent my entire life watching movies at a child in the 1990s. I wanted to bring a vigilante mindset to living my life going forward when I was a kid. My father told me to go to school for acting whether it be a university or actual classes. Do not go make a suit and try to patrol the city as a superhero.”
He didn’t say it exactly like that but that’s the gist of what he was saying. And I’m gonna always appreciate that for as long as I live. Thank you, dad. I love you, Vincent D. Green. 🥲🤣🤷🏾♂️
I wish it was possible to go explore the studio space/class we’ll be in today before training begins, so I can really take it in all alone. lol Nah, seriously I’m ready to start NOW lol
And lastly, to my instructor, bjenkins34 🎞️ I’d like to thank you in advance for the time you take to teach others, the craft of acting film television, and everything that goes along with classes and instruction. I can’t wait to shake your hand again show you how serious and dedicated I am to taking on my passion seriously and completely honest. It was September 2022 when I first met you face-to-face. I literally didn’t wanna leave the studio. That’s how I knew it was for me. I got a little onscreen experience with tellis27 in a film we did called #SympathyForTheNarcissist 🍷📽️ I learned very valuable things on official sets. How to travel and how to come prepared, knowing your lines and how to resonate with your audience. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Ellis for taking a chance on a person with (almost) no experience. 👊🏾
I can assure you, I will not waste your time, nor will I not give it my all. I am grateful. I am happy. And I am ready to express myself in ways I didn’t think were possible, for me. And do the work!
