Most people these days are using WhatsApp instead of the traditional messaging app to communicate with family, friends and colleagues. WhatsApp is a feature-rich app, but things get complicated when you want to print a WhatsApp conversation for any reason like for preserving a memorable conversation or for collecting your text messages to use them in a court. So, in this video I will talk about some easy ways that you can use to print WhatsApp chats.
First method is the easiest one. Simply open the WhatsApp conversation that you'd like to print and take a screenshot. Screenshot will be saved in your photo album from where you can print it easily directly with your phone with the help of wireless printer. This method is easy to use but not very useful in the situation where you need to print a large number of messages like for a court case or some other legal issue.
In the second method, I will use 'Messages Transfer' tool to print WhatsApp chats from my phone. It works with both Android and iPhone and let's you print a large number of messages in no time. Another added benefit is that it prints WhatsApp chats with essential information like date, time, sender name and phone number which will come in handy in situations like when you need to archive your WhatsApp conversation for some legal issue like court case
In the final method, I will utilize the "Export Chat" feature of WhatsApp to forward a WhatsApp conversation to my email as text file. You can print this text file using any wireless printer you have in your home and office. Again this method is free and doesn't require the use of any paid third party app. Only disadvantage is that you can't select the messages that you want to forward. You have to forward the entire conversation. And on top of that formatting gets little messed up.
