To reconstruct Ragnar’s death in Lost Drengr of Rangar Lothbrok, all you have to do is go to the snake pit that the quest leads you towards. It’s in Northumbria, near Jorvik. From there, you can either go down into the pit, or stand on the wooden platform above it. If you do opt to explore the hole, make sure to clear it of snakes first, there’s still a bunch of them slithering at the bottom, and they’d love nothing more than to ruin your day.

Wherever you choose to stand, what you have to do next is to look at the giant cage at the bottom. As you might have already guessed, that thing housed the fabled Ragnar Lothbrok at the very end of his life. As you look at the cage, tap R3 to activate Odin’s Sight and trigger a cutscene that will show you how Ragnar died. That might confuse some of you, the fact that you only need to tap R3, rather than hold it as usual. After the cutscene end, all that’s left is to go into the pit and pick up a little something of Ragnar’s.
