You Need:
3 HDMI Cables
PS4
A HDMI Splitter.
Elgato: Game Capture

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

Step 1: Take your 1st HDMI Cable and plug into you PS4.

Step 2: Plug the end of your 1st HDMI Cable into the inport of you HDMI Splitter.

Step 3: Get your 2nd HDMI Cable and plug into the outport of your HDMI Splitter.

Step 4: Get the end of that cable and plug it into the Inport of your Elgato.

Step 5: Get your 3rd and last HDMI cable and plug it into your outport of your Elgato.

Step 6: Get the end of the last HDMI cable and plug it into one of your HDMI ports on your HDMI TV.

Step 7: Change your Elgato setting to Xbox 360.

*Make sure that you have an HDMI Spliiter, not a HDMI Switch.*
