In this Windows 10 tutorial I will be showing you how to remove or disable these buttons from the start menu on your PC. Windows 10 gives you many power options in the start menu, but what a lot of people don`t realise is that you can remove the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate commands from the start menu and also from the screen that is displayed when pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, by changing a policy in Group Policy Editor.
You can also just remove the Shut Down option by making a small adjustment in the registry, but only do this if you know what you are doing and it`s always a good idea to backup your registry before making an changes.
