Charles J. Givens and his son sold all sorts of financial advice in the 80s and 90s. They were sued, eventually and I believe the business fell apart. This tape is just Charles talking at you for 20 minutes - but the true purpose to this tape is revealed early on. They sneak in an endorsement for a 1-800 service to appraise your car called "Carputer Hotline" for the low price of $20/report. He doesn't say it's his service, but I'd bet all my savings that it was his.
