How to Solve the Triangle Tiles in the Lighthouse | Sea of Darkness
In Nancy Drew: Sea of Darkness, Nancy must look for the star that matches Magnus’s sketches. It’s located in the lighthouse. Look at the mosaic tile designs around in wall at the top of the lighthouse (turn around to face the exit) to find the starburst. Follow the clues to place numbers in each triangle. One of each number 1-9 must be in a row, diagonal line, and triangle section. When a triangle section lights up green, then you know you have one of each number in that space. When a red dot lights up, that horizontal or diagonal row has one of each number. Refer to the video for the exact, sudoku-like answer.
The answer is the same for both Master and Amateur sleuth levels.
Need just a spoiler nudge? Here’s the answer for the first horizontal row (the top one across) including the already-placed numbers: 8-3-5-9-6-2-4-1. Think you can work from there? It’s easier than it looks if you study the numbers and make sure that some numbers cannot possibly fit in some places, since there is already that number in a row, diagonal column, or triangle section.
