Steps to Turn Off Press and Hold Side Button to Open Bixby on Samsung Galaxy A55:
Open Settings on your Samsung Galaxy A55.

Scroll down and tap Advanced Features.

Select Side Key.

Under Press and hold, choose Power off menu instead of Wake Bixby.
