My friend recently purchased a HTC Vive DEV Kit on ebay by accident i myself have purchased these dev kits for parts and i knew most likely the headset wouldnt work and is blacklisted from steamVR most dev kits are and turns out i was right so i decided to do a psa on how not to get scammed on ebay with htc Vive headsets and parts.
