Start by activating the Owl Statue near your starting point so you have an easy way of getting back to Marin in case she comes under too much fire. Then, make your way to the upper right corner of the map so you can head off the Recruiters trying to turn the Attack and Defense Specialists into Rogue Forces. Afterward, you should have plenty of time to take out any remaining rogue captains.
Once the Rogue Base is open, head in and take out Ghirahim to win!
