It's a pretty standard keep-capturing competition. Go along a path that has you taking both Enemy and Rogue keeps to ensure that Rogue Forces don't win this one. There's also a Summoner and a Messenger to deal with but the Messenger seems to be easily stopped by rogue units so you'll most likely have plenty of time to intercept it before it reaches its destination. Ghirahim is also a risk to the Allied Base, but you can most likely wait until you're done capturing keeps to take him out.
Once the Rogue Base is open, take out Cia to win!
