Exiting the hospital with a two-star wanted level makes this a high-stakes, chilling assignment.
💼 Pest Control
Still cleaning house for Jimmy, Niko heads to East Holland to exterminate Ray Boccino and his bodyguards. Ambushed by the Pegorino Crime Family in Ray’s own turf, Niko unleashes a brutal shake-down—$14,500 and Pegorino’s trust are on the line.
🕵️ Confrontation with Darko Brevic
This emotional side chapter brings Niko face-to-face with Darko Brevic, the man who betrayed their platoon years ago. Brought in by ULP to Francis International Airport, Niko must choose: deliver icy revenge or let Darko live and let the trauma fade. Regardless of the choice, the ghosts of the war resurface.
