This is a timelapse of the mesh creation and the second step in working in Blender for creating a vtuber using Blender.
I also type out every step of the complete process if you have experience with Blender and Unity already.
After making the mesh my next step is making the UVs. This step is necessary for proper materials (textures). That will be another video. :(
