Thiamine Deficiency: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CKfl-J-Lf4
After suffering for two years, I finally got a diagnosis of Vitamin B1 deficiency which caused beriberi symptoms. Thiamine (or Vitamin B1) is essential to the function of your nervous system. When it is low, your nervous system can't function properly and you develop beriberi. This causes a wide range of diffuse symptoms that are difficult to diagnose. They call Thiamine the Great Imitator because it looks like many other diseases. For me, I got paralysis and tingling in my hands along with temperature sensitives and mental stress. This video is a health update on how I'm doing after three months of progress and benfotiamine supplementation. Unfortunately, this is kind of a negative update because I've been put through some suffering here.
