Ladies and gentlemen, HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's officially 2022, and 2K is celebrating the new year by giving us NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION PACKS in NBA 2K22 MyTeam!

I think these new packs are pretty cool, because every single player in these packs has a weakness, or something they need to improve at. Basically, each of these cards has their very own 'New Year's Resolution,' and if you take the time to EVOLVE any of these cards, their weakness is gone and their resolution is fulfilled!

For example, GALAXY OPAL LUKA DONCIC is terrible on defense, but if you get 25 steals with him over multiple games + 3 steals in one game, he evolves to get 12 EXTRA DEFENSE BADGES, including HALL OF FAME CLAMPS!

We all know Shaquille O'Neal is TRASH at free throws... but if you make 25 free throws with him over multiple games, his free throw rating improves to a 90! He also gets FIVE Shooting Badges and a 90 Mid-Range Shot.

I think you guys understand the concept, or 'gimmick' behind these new packs, and you have to admit that it's pretty creative. However, I'm not here to talk about evolving these cards! I'M HERE TO OPEN PACKS!

So in today's video, I'm spending 1 MILLION MT on these NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION PACKS, and we're going to see how many Galaxy Opals I can pull! In my last 1 Million MT Pack Opening video from Christmas, I pulled ONE GALAXY OPAL! So today, let's see if I can pull TWO!

Galaxy Opal Luka Doncic and Galaxy Opal Zion Williamson look great, but there are also great PINK DIAMONDS and DIAMONDS in these packs too! Pink Diamond Dwyane Wade, Pink Diamond Shaq, Pink Diamond Kevin Love, Diamond Russell Westbrook, Diamond Carlos Boozer, and more.
