Fire Fist 1 = 80% chance to target the minion you want with 100% stun (70% after CI) = 0.57 stunned
Fire Fist 2 = 75% chance to target the minion you want with 100% stun (70% after CI) = 0.525 stunned
Fire Fist 3 = 66% chance to target the minion you want with 100% stun (70% after CI) = 0.462 stunned
Fire Fist 4 = 50% chance to target the minion you want with 100% stun (70% after CI) = 0.35 stunned
Fire Fist Average = 1.907 stuns
Sierra 1 = 100% chance to target everyone with 15% freeze (10.5% after CI) = 0.42 stunned
Sierra 2 = 100% chance to target everyone with 15% freeze (10.5% after CI) = 0.42 stunned
Sierra 3 = 100% chance to target everyone with 15% freeze (10.5% after CI) = 0.42 stunned
Sierra 4 = 100% chance to target everyone with 15% freeze (10.5% after CI)= 0.42 stunned
Sierra Average = 1.68 freezes
Sherlock Active with Regular Ruyi vs 0% total

Sherlock Active with Splendid Ruyi vs. Void Bassist Sherlock with Tech (6% skin, 20% tech, 0% hero, 16% aura (2x L + 2x D), 35% max void)

150% * 53% = 79.5% CC
Target #2 - (65% * (1 + 50%)) * (1 - 6% - 20% - 16% - 35% + 30%)
97.5% * 53% = 51.675% CC
Basic - 75% * 53% = 39.75%
Note: 77% is 0% base + 6% skin + 20% tech + 16% aura + 35% void
