Playthrough of the first stage (South Pole) of In the Hunt (Kaitei Daisensou) for the Sega Saturn. The game is published by Irem. Taikei Daisensou is developed by the team later responsible for the Metal Slug series, which is clearly seen in this game. Footage used is from the Japanese version played losing one live on difficulty level 'normal'. It is one of the better 2D platform/shooters on the Sega Saturn, although it has severe slowdown on sprite heavy occasions (just like the later Metal Slug games).
