Indie Game Roulette: Episode #01 - Under the Ocean
0Hello everyone, welcome to the first installment of Indie Game Roulette, a series where every episode is focused around a different independently developed game. Generally, they will be a bit more formal than this one was, so as to state my thoughts on the game and first impressions and such, but since we were pretty tired at the time, this one came up a little lacking in that department. Hopefully it's still entertaining however, as I'm joined once a gain by MrIchigo9000, who sorta helps to keep me on track and shows me some things about the game.
Under the Ocean is a game developed as a sequel to Under the Garden, a 2010 indie game by Paul Greasley. In Under the Ocean, you're shipwrecked on a tropical island, and it's your responsibility to keep yourself alive and try to make your way back home. UtO features a unique physics based crafting system that allows you to interact with objects in new innovative ways.
