The Dumbar Beam: ok so with this one its all about how smooth you can move from one area to the next just dont rush ok now when moving from beam to beam just make sure you dont fall in the water there is now time limit atleast i dont think there is also when using the dunbar beam you might want to keep it zoomed out until you have located the monster then zoom in and fry it.
ok at the end when you get over run by enemies use the AMP if there is a few of them if there is loads just use the Ionic Vortex and if you havnt got one of those just try kill a few with the AMP and the ice men should show up and kill the rest. now the ice men at the end are easy to kill you can either try and get them in the water and by shooting the water it would be a 1 hit kill or you could go for a spam bolt headshot.
